More than half the field for the 1980 Daytona 24 hour Pepsi-Challenge were Porsche's, including 14 935 variants. Don Whittington put his 935 K3 on pole and brother Bill put in the fastest lap of the race, but a pit stop violation saw them disqualified and it was Team Joest who drove to an easy 33 lap margin of victory in the Liqui Moly 935-J.

Designed for the AMT/Italeri kit. Note, the AMT kit has versions listed as 1/25 and 1/24 scale - BOTH kits are 1/24 scale, so if you have the 1/25 AMT kit, the 1/24 scale decals WILL fit.

Decals to replicate the winning car from the 1980 24 hours of Daytona. Note, the markings on the layout sheet depict the car prior to the race. For the race extra headlamps were attached to the hood and the stripes on the hood were removed and some of the smaller markings were placed differently
