Bobby Marshman was a great talent, who's career never got to fully develop as it was cut short in a tragic testing accident at Phoenix Raceway in 1964. In his rookie year at Indianapolis in 1961, Marshman got this car into the field in 33rd starting position and managed to bring it home in seventh place earning him co-rookie of the year honors with Parnelli Jones.
