For the 2011, 100th anniversary running of the Indianapolis 500, Team Penske and Helio Castroneves showed up with a new one-off livery for the race. Unfortunately things did not go well in qualifying, with Castroneves qualifying a very un-Penske like 16th, and having an even more un-Penske like race, failing to crack the top 10 at any point during the race.
