Peter Revson and the Shadow DN3 showed great promise at the start of the 1974 Formula One Season, qualifying sixth in it’s debut at Brazil. But at the very next race tragedy struck when Peter Revson was killed in practice for the South African Grand Prix. The team struggled for the rest of the season, with the only highlight being a podium finish for Jean-Pierre Jarier.
